Le poste

Rail Europe is the official distributor representing all the European railways and networks

1) Newsletter management - Overseas Business Unit

  • ​Defines content for all Newsletters
  • Newsletters are sent to all rail Europe markets for both B2C and B2B
  • For B2C audience two types of newsletters are sent out: promotions (sales acquisition objective) and destinations (inspiration objective)
  • Coordinates send outs for surveys and other ad-hoc emails
  • Oversees the reporting
  • Identifies optimisations through AB testing in order to improve on the main KPIs
  • Works on launching an email retargeting program

2) Customer Relationship Management - Overseas Business Unit

  • Builds and executes CRM roadmap
  • Develop CRM strategy
  • Analyse et manages database
  • Creates et manages CRM cycles
  • Reporting et optimization of the program

3) Transversal projects

  • Works on ad-hoc projects based on activity (cross-sell project, database crunching etc.)
  • Tools used: Salesforce, Salesforce MarketingCloud, SPIP, Omniture, Excel, PPT.
  • English is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of an ESP (email service provider), has preferably worked on SalesForce Marketing Cloud in the past.
  • Has previously worked on implementing a CRM strategy
  • Fully proficient on Excel and Power Point.
