Localization of central strategic recommendation through specific local recommendation taking into account local specificities ? Be involved and aware of the local on-line activities through day to day relationship ? Leverage all relevant and available market insights to help crafting the right strategy ? Approval of all local projects and activities & DOA management based on tone of Voice ? Provide a point of view of latest competitors’ digital initiatives with information and analysis Coordination and project management ? Manage day to day relationship with RBUs ? Deliver planning & project management for local RBUs (bi-monthly review) based on global marketing plan ? Coordinates European project presentation. Manage best practices and creative sharing amongst RBUs ? Provide inductions to new staff / agency roster members: Working methodology, Internet strategy and activity across NE and RBUs ? Coordination with local third parties ? Coordination of new microsites projects localization (technical, functional, content, translation) ? Manage and fully responsible for the content creation in all languages, translation process with the translation company ? Ensure testing and local (QA, validation, etc) sign off Support local project activation and ensure guidelines are respected ? Validation and operational support of country websites, including serving as the primary contact for any errors or problems detected by the RBU ? Regular check of the country website (once a month) to have a sanity check on copy, bugs, bug follow-up ? Follow-up of local bugs through a central bug tracker system Content entry and updates utilizing the resources of the CMS manager Performance follow-up, KPIs monitoring and reporting ?
